Echo Studio collects information you provide directly: your email address, display name, and payout wallet address. We also collect the video clips you record at events, approximate location data (to show nearby shows on Concert Radar), and usage data (which clips you vote for, events you join).
Clips you upload are used to generate the shared event movie. By uploading a clip, you grant Echo Studio a license to include it in the collaborative movie for that event. Source clips are deleted after the movie is generated. You retain ownership of your original recording.
We use your device location only to show nearby events on Concert Radar. Location is not stored on our servers beyond what is attached to an event you create.
We collect wallet addresses to send you revenue from your clips. We never store private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. Payouts are made in USDC or RLUSD to the address you provide. Subscriptions are processed by the App Store / Google Play and their payment providers.
We may send notifications when your movie is ready, your clip goes viral, or you earn a payout. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Event data (clips, chat, movies) is automatically deleted 48 hours after an event ends unless the movie is saved. Saved movies are retained for 90 days. Your account data is retained until you delete your account.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing echostage.net@gmail.com. We will remove your account and personal data within 30 days.
