Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By using Echo Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the video clips you record. By uploading to Echo Studio, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your clips to generate the collaborative event movie and to distribute that movie within the platform.

Acceptable Use

You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights (including music copyright), contains illegal content, or violates anyone's privacy. Recording at a venue may be subject to that venue's own rules.

Revenue Sharing

Revenue generated from event movies is distributed as follows: 30% to Echo Studio, 10% to the first person to save the movie (the "Hero"), and 60% to contributors in proportion to their clip's performance. Echo Studio makes no guarantee of specific earnings.

Payments

USDC and RLUSD payouts are sent to the wallet address you provide. Echo Studio is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address you provide. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account.

Copyright & DMCA

If you believe content on Echo Studio infringes your copyright, contact echostage.net@gmail.com with details of the infringement.

Disclaimers

Echo Studio is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that movies will always be generated successfully.

Limitation of Liability

Echo Studio's liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the service in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
